Overview: Turning a 5K Run into a Community Experience
Nar8ive partnered with Westside to bring the vibrant Wellness Fun Run – Yellow Sunday to Hyderabad. Rather than executing a standard road race, we transformed the 5K run into an immersive, high-energy wellness and lifestyle event designed to deepen consumer connection with the Westside brand.

From early-morning energizers to post-run entertainment, the event created a seamless flow of fitness, music, and community interaction.

Key Experiential Highlights & Execution
Pre-Run Warm-Up Experience: Kickstarted the morning with a massive, high-energy Zumba warm-up session to engage participants before hitting the track.

The 5K Route & Finish-Line Activation: Managed the full 5K course logistics, safety protocols, and a high-impact finish-line celebration area for runners.

Live Entertainment & Stage Setup: Designed and produced the main stage, incorporating full sound engineering and a live headline performance by the all-women Wish Band.

Brand Placement & Photo Assets: Integrated vibrant “Yellow Sunday” thematic branding, custom photo ops, and interactive sponsor touchpoints across the venue.
